Meet Debra F. Bell, M.Div

Debra F. Bell is what happens when purpose refuses to quit. She’s a preacher, professor, doctoral scholar, leadership strategist, health & wellness coach, entrepreneur, speaker, career expert, and living proof that reinvention is holy work.

After surviving public heartbreak, career pivots, burnout, health battles, layoffs, entrepreneurship, and enough life lessons to write several books (which she probably will), she decided not to just bounce back — she built a whole leadership framework out of it.

As the founder of P3 Coaching & Consulting, Debra helps ministers, leaders, and organizations align purpose, passion, and power while creating impact in the process. One minute she’s teaching leadership ethics and technology strategy in doctoral work, the next she’s coaching someone through career reinvention, preaching a sermon, training preachers on sermon preparation, or explaining A1C levels with pastoral compassion and executive clarity.
