All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at askp3coaching@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

We will provide an address once we receive your email with details about the product defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. but may take 10-14 days for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
