Debra F. Bell is owner of P3 Coaching & Consulting, where she works as a professional Life and Career Coach and mentor. Currently Debra serves at Baylor College of Medicine as a Health & Wellness Coach. Previously she worked at Houston Baptist University as Assistant Director of Career Services and as an Academic Advisor with oversight for Internship Programs. Debra's primary work has been providing coaching services to students as well as professionals and executives in career transition; planning retreats for women and recently starting a Mentoring/Coaching Membership Group for Women Over 50 called PowHerFul Over 50. 

Her work experience includes serving on two local Church Staffs; The Church Without Walls (Ralph D. West Sr., Pastor) and Kainos Community Church(during the tenure of Pastors Yolande Herron-Palmore and Joe Palmore). She also worked in the corporate arena leading career focused workshops for fortune 500 companies including Wells Fargo, HP, ExxonMobil, Waste Management, and Halliburton, BakerHughes.Debra has acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Master of Divinity Degree, and a Masters’ Degree in Management & Entrepreneurship. Debra is a Certified Resume Writer, and Certified Life Coach, Teacher, and Speaker through John Maxwell Team. Debra has one daughter, Eakita Minor-Hobbs  and two sons Quincy Minor-Scott and Philip K. Minorand 3 grandchildren. Debra’s life goal is to align people with their purpose and visions through coaching.
